Pilates, Yoga, Sauna, Childcare + Community

There is no wellness without community. At Solace, you’ll find a space where women genuinely support one another, along with room to stay, connect, and slow down. With Solace Childcare, you’re able to fully step into that time for yourself, knowing your little one is cared for just steps away.

Our seven talented instructors are trained to guide you through a range of class modalities that will enhance your body and mind in different ways, whether that’s building strength and control or supporting recovery and mobility.

With small class sizes, you’re not just taking a class, you’re being guided, which allows beginners to feel supported and experienced clients to continue refining and progressing.

Whether you’re here for strength, stillness, or a reset, Solace is designed to feel like your second home.

A Different Kind of Pilates Studio

Solace was built to rethink what a Pilates studio can be, for the people who teach here, the people who move here, and the community around us.

100% of membership profits goes directly to our instructors because the people who make a studio should share in its success.

We practice unheated Pilates because we believe Pilates should challenge your body through control, resistance, stability, mobility, and precision, not through extreme heat.

Expect thoughtful programming, exceptional instructors, intentional movement, and classes designed to help you become stronger, more mobile, more capable, and more connected to your body.

Unlimited members receive free childcare because moms shouldn't have to choose between motherhood and movement.

Bianca

Hi, I’m Bianca and I teach Mat Pilates and Sculpt here at Solace!

Born and raised in Orlando, I grew up with a strong athletic foundation, spending years playing volleyball as a libero and setter. After experiencing multiple injuries that ultimately led me to step away from competing, I shifted my focus to rebuilding my strength in a more sustainable way. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advertising from Florida International University, and along the way, discovered a passion for weightlifting and the art of intentional programming.

When lingering injuries began to limit my movement, I turned to Pilates as a way to restore my body improving mobility, increasing flexibility, strengthening my core, and reconnecting with the principles of control and precision. What started as a personal healing journey quickly evolved into a deeper purpose, leading me to pursue teaching.

My classes are rooted in building community, connection, and fostering great energy. I bring a bold, uplifting presence to every session and encourage everyone to show up exactly as they are. My goal is simple: help you move better, feel stronger, and leave class at least 1% better than when you walked in. I can’t wait to meet you on the mat!

Isabella

Hi, I’m Isabella! I teach Mat Pilates and Mommy & Me at Solace, and I also run our childcare program.

Before Solace, I spent a little over 6 years as a nanny, and so much of what I learned from the moms and families I worked with shaped what Solace is today. I saw how easy it was for moms to put themselves last, and I fell in love with movement because of what it could give them beyond a workout: strength, confidence, connection, and time to feel like themselves.

Solace started with an idea to bring great instructors together and build something we could all share in, while creating the kind of community that genuinely supports the people in it.

For me, that means making movement easier for moms to access, whether your little one is with us in childcare or right beside you in Mommy & Me.

You’ll usually find me teaching, hanging out with the kids, or somewhere around the studio.

I can’t wait to meet you. See you on the mat! 🤍

Jaylen

Hi, I’m Jaylen! I’m a Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor, born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. I’ve been an athlete my entire life, playing basketball from age five through my collegiate career at Penn State, where I also studied Speech Pathology.

After several injuries, I retired from basketball and transitioned into professional wrestling with the WWE. But, the physical toll of an ACL tear, two meniscus tears, and two labrum tears eventually caught up with me. I became a Certified Personal Trainer and started lifting heavy every day, I found myself constantly sore, with old injuries frequently flaring up.

I then turned to Mat Pilates to rehabilitate my own body, and it quickly became my passion. I was then inspired to start my Certification in Pilates and it became my mission to help those who were experiencing any injury, soreness or pain to heal through movement but also help them to feel stronger than before.

FAQs

Is Pilates beginner-friendly?

Yes :) Every class includes options for first-timers. Instructors demonstrate each movement and offer modifications.

Mat or Reformer—where should I start?

You can’t go wrong. If you want extra guidance and support, start with Reformer Foundations. Prefer bodyweight work? Try Mat Foundations. We’ll help you choose.

Will it help with back or joint pain?

Pilates is low-impact and designed to strengthen the core and improve alignment. Tell your instructor about any history; we’ll modify as needed. Always follow your clinician’s guidance.

I’m pregnant or postpartum—can I attend?

Yes, with medical clearance. We provide trimester-appropriate and postpartum options. Please arrive a few minutes early to discuss modifications.

Will Pilates complement my running/lifting?

Pilates strengthens deep core support, hip/ankle mobility, and posture, so you transfer force better and move with less strain.

Our lifters can expect steadier bar path, easier bracing, better squat/deadlift depth, and less low-back fatigue. Runners see smoother cadence, longer efficient stride, lower effort at the same pace, and fewer nagging aches.
